Prefab houses, turnkey prefabricated homes

A prefabricated house offers a contemporary approach to constructing an energy-efficient home quickly and with superior quality. As one of the most popular types of residential, prefab houses have demonstrated their durability and sustainability over the years. Prefab house is often called as a House-Kit.

 

Nordik House sources prefabs that are manufactured according to the European Technical Assessment Organization (ETA).

It is important that the CE certifications have been followed in production:

  • Glue laminated timber GL24h, GL28h, GL32h according to EN14080: 2013 

  • Finger jointed timber according to EN 15497: 2014 

  • Strength graded timber C14 - C30 according to EN 14081-1: 2005 + A1: 2011

  • Use of FSC® (C-108038) certified wood materials​
