BASIC package includes:
Drawings, insulated elements for exterior walls, "Pre-Cut" internal load-bearing walls, waterproofing, roof constructions with underlay fabric, and ventilation strips. For multi-storey buildings, it also contains partition ceiling "Pre-Cut" constructions. The Basic package addresses essential construction details, leveraging our engineers' extensive experience. We provide assembly drawings, necessary fastenings, and a foundation plan to ensure smooth installation. Consult with us or contact our specialists for advice.
STANDARD package includes:
This package includes everything outlined in the Basic package, plus materials necessary for the home's exterior. It features exterior cladding, windows, exterior doors, window and door moldings, skirting boards, terraces balconies, windshield materials, a rainwater system, and accessories (nails, screws, tapes). Depending on the house's specifications, factory-installed windows and exterior cladding may be an option. The standard package is ideal if you want to prepare the home's exterior and then take your time with the interior work.
PREMIUM package includes:
The Premium package offers everything included in the Basic and Standard packages, plus additional materials for constructing interior walls and ceilings up to building boards. It also features interior doors, stair railings, and stairs (for multi-floor homes). All essential uninstalled building and fastening accessories are included in the package. The Premium option is the most comprehensive, providing all the necessary for quickly preparing your house.
